The Beall Wood Threader 3.0
We have updated our wood threader, improving its accuracy, and as a result, the components fit together in a slightly different way: the white Delrin™ inserts are now attached to the top plate with two screws instead of one. In order to access these screws, you will need to remove both of the screws that hold the top plate to the wooden front block (these are now machine screws held in place by metal inserts in the wood, a very much stronger arrangement than before since it eliminates the possibility of the threads in the front block being stripped.) The hex wrench included with your hardware packet will turn all of the screws in your kit. Another advantage of our tweaking is that the large opening in our renovated front block will now accommodate the bigger inserts for the 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" thread sizes. One threader table is now able to hold all six of our threading inserts, with only a quick re-positioning of the top plate.
